How does this multi-location virtual address package work?
All three cities, not one of three.
Your company can use the London, Manchester and Birmingham addresses at the same time, on a single subscription.
One account, one invoice, one set of ID checks.
Not three separate contracts with three separate providers.
Every fee is on this page.
Forwarding, scanning, and service address. Nothing appears on your bill that you have not already read here.
Do you actually need three addresses?
Honestly? Some businesses do not. But here is when it earns its place:
Your registered office and your trading address can be different places:
Companies House holds one physical address. But your quotes, contracts, invoices and website can carry the city your clients are in.
Regional work reads better with a regional address:
A Manchester address on a Manchester proposal reads differently to a home address in reading, without you renting anything in Manchester.
You can add a city before you commit to a city:
Finding out whether the North West is worth chasing costs a few pounds a month with a virtual office, instead of a long-term lease and a non-refundable deposit.
If none of those sound like you, a single city is probably the better option. Choose from Manchester, London or Birmingham.

Yes, you're allowed to do this. Here's Companies House saying so.
Since March 2024, every UK company needs an "appropriate address" as its registered office. Somewhere in the noise, that turned into a rumour that virtual offices were over. They are not.
Here is Companies House, in their own words:
"You can still use a third-party agent's address if they meet the conditions for an appropriate address." Companies House, Get ready for changes to UK company law
What "appropriate" means in practice. Post sent there has to reach a real person acting for your company, and someone has to be able to acknowledge the delivery. So it needs to be a real building with real people in it. A PO box does not count. Bartle House in Manchester very much does.
Once you're set up, all three addresses work for
It’s fairly simple. You get all the benefits of a proper office, without the hassle or cost.
01
Companies House
Registered office and director's service address, both included, on every plan.
02
HMRC
Your official correspondence address.
03
Your website, invoices, quotes and contracts
Any of the three, whichever fits the job.
04
Business cards, branding, promotional material and social media.
And either scan it to your email.
05
Keeping your home address off the public register
which is the reason most people are here.
Real buildings, with real front desks
Starting a business today is very different from how it used to be. The world is more connected, and technology lets you work from almost anywhere. But having a professional image and a reliable business address is still just as important as ever. Virtual offices are shaking up the way small businesses get started and grow.
